Stock Marketplace Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned financial services business which publishes financial news, investor education, company insights market updates, company research and provides general advice to retail and wholesale clients.

Stock Marketplace Pty Ltd (ACN: 622 810 995) is a Corporate Authorised Representative No. of MFnCo Asset Management Pty Ltd (ABN: 99 622 929 597) (AFSL:520 442) and we are authorised to provide general financial product advice only to retail and wholesale clients in relation to the following classes of financial products:

2. Shares & ETFs (i.e. “securities”);
3. Managed funds

How our business makes money:

Stock Marketplace: Our business makes money when clients pay for investment research from our portfolio of companies.

Advice Marketplace: Our business makes money when investors pay for investment opinions on our portfolio of companies.

Investment Marketplace: Our business makes money from fees and investment returns when investors invest in our live opportunities.

Wealth Management: higi

Advertising Fees: Stock Marketplace may receive fees from our featured companies to provide marketing and advertising services. These fees can be in the form of cash, shares or options. This commercial relationship is disclosed in all communications to investors. Regardless of our commercial relationship, we remain objective when providing our own research and opinion on companies. 

Investment Returns: Stock Marketplace aims to own equity in every company we communicate to our investors. Stock Marketplace pty ltd invests capital into these companies with the aim of achieving long term investment returns through growth & income.

Other Services:  Stock Marketplace may from time to time receive fees for other services or advice we provide to issuers

Disclosure of interests:

From time to time, Stock Marketplace representatives or associates may hold interests, transact or hold directorships in, or perform paid services for, companies mentioned herein. Stock Marketplace and its associates, officers, directors and employees, may, from time to time hold securities in the companies referred to herein and may trade in those securities as principal, and in a manner which may be contrary to recommendations mentioned in our publications. 

Stock Marketplace receives fees from issuers for services or advice we may provide to companies.  Where Stock Marketplace has been commissioned to prepare content and receives fees for its preparation, please note that NO part of the fee, compensation or employee remuneration paid will either directly or indirectly impact the content provided. 

How Can You Deal With Us?

You can become a free member of Stock Marketplace to begin receiving complimentary market commentary, company insights, company research, investor education and market updates. At any point during your free membership with us, you can, on a pay as you go model, purchase advice from us. 

How Do We Pay Our Staff?

Stock Marketplace Pty Ltd and its directors and staff receive payments based on fixed hourly rates and in some instances, bonuses based on new client acquisition. In addition, shareholders are entitled to dividends at the discretion of the Directors. 

Do You Have Any Relationships Or Associations That Might Influence The Advice?

Stock Marketplace Pty Ltd, its directors and staff, may deal in or have a financial interest in the securities and other financial products referred to in our publications, our free services or when we give other general financial advice. 

All employees must disclose their financial interest or position in any product mentioned as part of our services. You should carefully consider the disclosures we make in our publications. These financial interests should not be considered as a recommendation. 

Stock Marketplace Pty Ltd is owned and controlled by it's Directors and Australian shareholders. We are not owned by a bank or product provider. 

Mfam does not have relationships with the providers of products recommended by Stock Marketplace Pty Ltd that would impact the advice we provide. 

Professional Indemnity Insurance

MFAM has professional indemnity insurance in place that satisfies the requirements for compensation arrangements under section 912B of the Corporations Act. 

These insurance policies cover the services provided by us and our representatives after they cease working with us. The compensation arrangements that MFAM has satisfy the requirements for compensation arrangements under section 912B of the Corporations Act 2001.

What Should I Do If I Have A Dispute Or Complaint?

We have established procedures to ensure that all complaints are handled in a timely manner. We aim to acknowledge all complaints immediately.

Additionally, you may contact Stock Marketplace. If the complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction within 45 days you have the right to refer the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (ACFA) which is an external complaints service.
